Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories and packaging.
  • The item may only show normal handling. Damage caused by improper use is not eligible for return.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be clean when returned.
  • If an item is defective or incorrect on arrival, please report it to us straight away.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items appear worn, used or damaged, or do not meet these conditions.

How to return your order

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@spencermadden.com.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will reply with the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team. Returns are processed at our central returns warehouse in Asia.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of receiving your order confirmation. To cancel, send us a clear written request by email. Because our fulfillment system processes orders quickly, we cannot cancel orders after this period. You can still return the item once it arrives.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived, our warehouse checks the items. When the return is approved, your refund can take up to 14 business days to process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless agreed otherwise. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund on your account.
