Below you will find the estimated delivery times for all our shipments:

  • Once an order is placed, we need 1–3 business days to process it. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.
  • After processing, your order is shipped. The average delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Placing an order

Ordering from Spencer Madden is easy. Go to the product page, choose your size and color, and click "Add to cart". When everything is correct, continue to checkout.

On the information page, fill in your shipping address and continue to shipping. Here you can check your details once more. Every order ships free of charge.

Continue to payment and choose your preferred payment method. All payments on Spencer Madden are SSL-encrypted, so your checkout is always secure. Complete your order and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products ship 100% free of charge, with no minimum order value.

Dispatching your order

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our products ship from our international fulfillment partners. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your package.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. In busy periods, during holidays or due to carrier delays, delivery can occasionally take a little longer. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please email us with your order number and we will look into it straight away.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we will gladly update the address for you.
